Configures the LMS after undergoing training, including uploading new courses (lesson plans and supporting documents); creating interactivities (on the chosen course authoring tool or interactivity creation tools).
Facilitates the escalation of and resolution for IT issues connected to the learning management system and/or external tools;
Collaborates with the Curriculum team to create effective learning courses and learning experiences according to pedagogical/ instructional design best practices.
Collaborates with Cheerleaders (teachers) in composing effective technology-infused, content-based lessons, and supports the teachers as they implement the lessons in their classrooms
Resolves tech related queries from parents, cheerleaders with the help of the tech team.
Conducts training and creates guideline documents of tech products and processes.
Assists in evaluating new tech products and services.
Experience: connect with users and solve tech related queries, should have worked on some kind of
learning management system, bulk upload users using csv files, should be fluent in English and hindi to
provide training (LMS induction) to new users (teacher/parent/learner).
Total Experience (In Years): 0to 6 years
Computer Skills: Excel, Google suite (google drive, doc, slides, sheets), basic hardware troubleshooting (to
resolve issues like camera, audio not working in zoom meeting), understands basic MIS (management
information system) to keep an update sheet to inform management on queries resolved on a daily basis.
