Job Title: Telecaller

Job Details:
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Salary: ₹18,000 per month

- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
- Fluency in English and other regional languages preferred

Role Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with prospective students and parents.
- Provide detailed information about the courses and offerings of Dreamtime Learning.
- Follow up with leads to ensure enrollment processes are smooth.
- Maintain accurate records of communication in the CRM system.
- Address queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Every day min 70 to 80 connected calls
