About Dreamtime Learning

Dreamtime Learning is reimagining education through the Online School, Dreamtime Hubs, PoweredBy Dreamtime, and the Dreamtime Community.

We believe learning extends beyond classrooms. The Dreamtime Community brings children, parents, educators, schools, and experts together through events, workshops, evening classes, partnerships, and innovative learning experiences.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Dreamtime Community to transform this vision into a vibrant, growing, and financially sustainable movement.

The Opportunity

This is a builder's role for someone who enjoys creating something from the ground up. You will shape the community strategy, build partnerships, design online and offline experiences, launch evening learning programs, and develop new revenue streams.

The long-term vision is to build strong Dreamtime Communities across cities, eventually creating physical community spaces wherever the movement reaches sufficient scale.

1. Community Building & Events

Build and manage an annual calendar of online and offline community events.

Organise workshops, webinars, competitions, showcases, meetups, and family engagement activities.

Grow community participation, engagement, and repeat attendance.

2. Partnerships & External Collaboration

Build relationships with schools, international institutions, specialist instructors, and organisations.

Develop collaborations across arts, sports, robotics, animation, and other learning disciplines.

Establish long-term partnerships that expand Dreamtime's reach and offerings.

3. Learning Programs – Free & Paid

Curate and commission engaging learning experiences for children and families.

Develop free community initiatives to build awareness and paid programs to generate revenue.

Ensure programs reflect Dreamtime Learning's philosophy and educational values.

4. Evening Community Classes

Launch and scale evening classes for children who are not enrolled in Dreamtime's Online School or Hubs.

Develop learning cohorts, drive enrolments, and improve retention.

Create pathways for families to engage more deeply with Dreamtime Learning.

5. B2B Partnerships & Revenue Generation

Identify and acquire schools, institutions, and organisations for community learning programs.

Build a pipeline of prospective partners and convert opportunities into revenue-generating partnerships.

Own partnership negotiations, relationship management, and commercial outcomes.

6. Community-to-Enrolment Conversion

Develop initiatives that convert community participation into Online School enrolments.

Track leads, referrals, and enrolments attributable to events and campaigns.

Work with internal teams to strengthen the community-to-enrolment journey.

7. Community Growth & Expansion

Build a measurable, engaged, and active Dreamtime Community.

Monitor participation, growth, retention, revenue, and program performance.

Identify cities with the potential to support dedicated physical Dreamtime Community spaces.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in community building, event management, partnerships, business development, or audience growth.

  • A track record of building a community, network, audience, or movement from the ground up.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Commercial awareness and the ability to own revenue targets.

  • Excellent planning, coordination, and execution skills.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias for action.

  • A genuine interest in education, children's learning, and building meaningful communities.

  • Experience in education, EdTech, events, startups, or community-led businesses will be an advantage.

How Success Will Be Measured

  • Community growth, engagement, and repeat participation.

  • Delivery of planned online and offline events.

  • Evening class enrolments and learner retention.

  • Number and quality of active partnerships.

  • Revenue generated through paid programs, events, and B2B partnerships.

  • Online School enrolments attributable to community initiatives.

  • Identification of cities ready for future physical community spaces.

Compensation

Fixed compensation: β‚Ή60,000 per month.

Variable compensation: 5% of eligible revenue directly generated through this role, subject to agreed revenue attribution and payout terms.
